By accessing or using Reformer Pilates(the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms work alongside our Privacy policy and Cookie policy.

The Site offers educational reformer Pilates content, exercise discovery, guides, and optional account features such as saved exercises and newsletter emails. Features may change, be suspended, or be withdrawn at any time.

Content is for general information only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for qualified in-person instruction. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting or changing an exercise programme, especially if you have pain, injury, or a medical condition.

• You must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or pose a security risk.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site unlawfully or in a way that harms others or our infrastructure.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest content at scale without our written permission.
• Attempt to bypass security, probe vulnerabilities, or interfere with other users.
• Upload malware, spam, or misleading content through any interactive feature.
• Misrepresent affiliation with us or reuse our content in a way that infringes our rights.

Unless stated otherwise, Knoo Ltd owns or licenses the Site content, branding, and design. You may view and share links to public pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, or commercially exploit substantial portions of the Site without permission.

Exercise names and movement descriptions may reflect commonly used Pilates vocabulary; our editorial presentation, imagery, and structured content remain protected.

The Site may link to third-party websites or use third-party sign-in and analytics services. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party sites or products referenced for informational purposes.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You use exercise information at your own risk. Stop any movement that causes pain or feels unsafe and seek professional guidance.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to the above, Knoo Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the greater of £100 or the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or breach of these terms, except where caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts, and if you are resident in the EEA you may benefit from mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
