FAQs
Is Teaser on Chair suitable for beginners?
No. Teaser on Chair is advanced. A strong mat teaser and confident balance on the chair seat must be established before the unsupported version is attempted.
What muscles does Teaser on Chair work?
The deep abdominals and hip flexors work intensely to hold the V-position. The inner thighs help control the leg shape, and the shoulder stabilisers manage the hand support.
What is Teaser on Chair good for?
It is an exceptional core balance challenge that demands more from the abdominals than the mat teaser because there is no floor to provide stability. It is a landmark advanced Pilates exercise.
