Setup instructions

Stand facing a studio wall within easy reach. Place the hands lightly on the wall at shoulder height for balance. Position the feet hip-width apart with weight evenly distributed. Grow tall through the spine and soften the knees slightly.

Breathing cues

Exhale to rise. Inhale to hold. Exhale to lower.
