Setup instructions

Supine with feet in straps, neutral pelvis, legs long to comfort.

Breathing cues

Inhale on opening phase, exhale on closing phase.

Movement steps

  1. 1Circle legs down, around, and back to start with equal tempo.
  2. 2Reverse direction after planned repetitions.

Common mistakes

Allowing pelvis to tilt or carriage to jerk; circling too wide too soon.
