Resistance Band Triceps Extension

Overhead or anchored band extension to strengthen the back of the arms with clear shoulder organisation.

Setup instructions

Stand on the centre of the band with feet hip-width apart, or anchor the band securely overhead. Hold one end of the band in each hand behind the head or overhead. Keep the elbows pointing forward or slightly outward. Engage the core gently to stay upright.

Breathing cues

Exhale to extend. Inhale to return.

Movement steps
