FAQs

  • Is Wall Single Leg Stretch suitable for beginners?

Yes. The wall supports one leg at a time while the opposite knee draws in, making the abdominal series easier to control than fully unsupported work.

  • What muscles does Wall Single Leg Stretch work?

The deep abdominals stabilise the trunk during leg switches while the hip flexors draw each knee toward the chest against wall-supported leg feedback.

  • What is Wall Single Leg Stretch good for?

It builds pelvic control and abdominal series coordination before mat single leg stretch and reformer abdominal work.
