Standing front kick with one hand on a studio wall for controlled hip flexion and balance support.
Setup instructions
Stand sideways to a studio wall within easy reach. Place the hand closest to the wall on it at shoulder height for balance. Position the feet hip-width apart with weight on the leg closest to the wall. Grow tall through the spine and soften the standing knee slightly.
Breathing cues
Exhale to kick. Inhale to hold. Exhale to lower.
Movement steps

- 3Pause briefly with level hips and the standing leg engaged.
