Setup instructions
Stand sideways to a studio wall within easy reach. Place the hand closest to the wall on it at shoulder height for balance. Position the feet hip-width apart with weight on the leg closest to the wall. Grow tall through the spine and soften the standing knee slightly.
Breathing cues
Exhale to lift. Inhale to hold. Exhale to lower.
